    The best balsamic I have tasted. I bought it at Costco in Peterborough about a year ago as a result of an in store display and sampling. I have been looking for it at specialty stores but cannot find it, after it was delisted by Costco.     I have been trying to find this vinegar for nearly two years. I absolutely love it and would buy a case if I could find it again. They use to carry it at our local Costco. It simply can’t be replaced and everything I’ve tasted since doesn’t compare. Does anyone carry it in the Chapel Hill NC area? What about NY? If not, is it possible to buy directly from a distributor or yourself? As you undoubtedly know, the “platinum” version that was once sold at Costco is the type I’m still trying to find – it’s been sorely missed in my kitchen and at my dinner table!

    I currently have 3 bottles of Balsamic vinegar in the kitchen and use it often. I found the Redoro Vinegar at Costco and didn’t think twice about the price. I wish I had grabbed 10 bottles as this is one of the best vinegar I’ve ever tasted. Every time I I use the Redoro vinegar I take a spoonful for my mouth. It’s sweet, tart and thick which is what I look for in vinegar.
