The World of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The proposed educational program takes place in two sections distributed between morning and afternoon of the day of the visit to the Oil Mill.

Morning Program
• meeting at 10 am
• walk in the countryside and visit to the olive grove
• observe the various olive cultivars and their maturation
• Visit to the oil mill
• Bruschetta tasting

Afternoon Program
• meeting at 3 pm
• walk in the countryside and visit to the olive grove
• observe the various olive cultivars and their maturation
• Visit to the oil mill
• Bruschetta tasting
